I'm interested to explore how we might use the "Community" feature of Dermpedia to create forums for communication and interaction for dermatologists in Massachusetts.

I welcome others' ideas for these forums.

One obvious suggestion is that we could post clinical images and histories to get diagnostic and therapeutic input.  A type of electronic consultation that would have access limited to members of the MAD.   I'll look forward to the first member-uploaded case....

A second suggestion is for blogs that discuss political and legislative affairs that can guide our lobbying and advocacy efforts.  In particular, it could be a good place to share information about difficulties with managed care policies as they arise.  I'll start by posting a few provocative subjects.....

What else could we do on this site??
