Blogs give you the opportunity for general discussion.

Each User can create their own blog, accessible from the menu on the left.  All Users can then make comments on all other User's blogs.  You may create a new blog post by using the menu on the right or by going to 'My Blog' on the left hand menu.

Instead of writing a letter to the editor of a Journal you can blog about a recent Journal article found in Dermpedia Journal Club. If you could like to share your thought about an article, click on a "b" icon attached to it's title.
