30-year-old male with one year history of changing nodule on the forehead

The patient is a 30-year-old healthy male referred for a possible sebaceous cyst of the forehead.
The lesion was present for over a year. It intermittently enlarges and then appears to resolve. A course of antibiotics did not help.
