4 years old boy with a congenital, asymptomatic nodule in occipital region.
No changes in the overlying skin or adherences to deep tissues.
Ultrasound: 0.7 x 0.3 cm. ecogenic nodule in sub cutis.
CNS MRI: No underlying abnormalities.
Surgical excision was performed.
