50 year-old female with hypopigmented lesions

Pt presented with several month h/o non-scaling, hypopigmented patches with seripiginous borders. No induration noted on exam.
Pt had previously tried 1 month of ketoconazole and intermittent topical clobetasol with continued growth of lesions.
