88 year-old male with sepsis treated with multiple antibiotics with blistering rash

An 88 year-old male developed Fournier gangrene followed up by sesis after removal of a scrotal hydrocele. He developed blistring rash on the back while on multiple antibiotics. A biopsy of a blister was performed.
