91 year-old female with a flare of rheumatoid arthritis and cutaneous lesions.

    A 91 year-old woman with a history of rheumatoid arthritis presented to the ER  with a flare of arthritic symptoms and multiple erythematous papules/nodules with slightly necrotic appearing center on extensor surfaces of elbows, thighs and buttocs. A biopsy was performed.
