A 16 years old girl from a mapuche 
community close to Junin de los Andes (Patagonia – Argentina) presents with a 2 weeks history of an asymptomatic exophytic hyperkeratotic lesion (1.5 cm. diameter) in the right hand.
There´s a history of a gout kid bite 4 weeks before (lineal scar in the background).
An incisional biopsy was performed.
