A 72 year old man was referred to dermatologic clinic due to one month history of a progressive development of an erythematous plaque on his right chest without fever and pain. The patient has been treated by antibiotics for two weeks, in a rural medical station, without any improvement.

One year ago, he was diagnosed for an inoperative adenocarcinoma of the lung and he had received chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
