Alopecia mucinosa or folliculotropic CTCL?

    The patient is a 49 year old female who developed a progressive rash on her face. It initially was a papular eruption clinically diagnosed as rosacea. Since the onset  of her eruption in 2009 she has been treated with metrogel  without improvement.  She had one biopsy in 2012 which was inconclusive. She has now developed a scaly plaque on her trunk.
