Annular plaques with central necrosis, and oral mucosa involvement

    31 year old male with no past medical history that complaints of 2 months history of erythematous and crusted plaques in an annular pattern and central necrosis, located on the trunk, extremities and head and neck, involving the oral mucosa. Patient refers fever, night sweats and fatigue.
