Case 2 for 2014 Dermpedia Hematopathology Conference.

    The patient was a 77 year old Caucasian male with a 6 year history  history of a single stable erythematous plaque on left buttock. Additional studies relevealed oligoclonal gene rearrangement studies in the blood with flow cytometry showing that 25% of lymphoid cells were large granular cells with CD3+, CD8+ and CD57+ phenotype. The patient was HIV -positive and 7 years ago developed monoclonal gammopathy of uncertain significance.
