34 yo lady with an 8 month history of an itchy and painful eruption of the bilateral axillae. Previously successfully treated with over the counter antifungal and antibacterial creams, followed by relapse of rash.  Currently unresponsive to triamcinolone 0.025% cream and discontinuation of antiperspirant.
