Clonal seborrheic keratosis

    Case : A 61-year-old Japanese woman presented with a pigmented flat lesion on the left shoulder.

    Clinical diagnosis : seborrheic keratosis. 

    Dermoscopic features : Despite the asymmetry of color and structure and black color, the presence of multiple small milia-like cysts is diagnostic of a seborrheic keratosis.
