Disseminated Zygomycosis

57 year old male patient with acute myelogenous leukemia who presented with fevers and neutropenia. Developed violaceous/red nodules. Biopsy is from one nodule on arm. Galactomannan and 1,3-Beta-glucan serological assays were negative throughout course.
