FAADV 2012.2.5 dermatitis?

A 49-year-old man has multiple brownish or pinkish skin lesions on his upper arms, trunk, and thighs for more than 10 years. The rash is mildly itchy. He has a squamous cell carcinoma on his right arm which has been totally excised without complication last year.
