Indolent variant of a bad lymphoma

The patient is a 32 year old female with a history of waxing and waning plaques involving the thighs since 2000. A biopsy was performed in 2001 and interpreted as lupus profundus. She had recurrent episodes despite plaquenil and has now developed refractory plaques and has fever with cytopenias.

Case to be discussed at upcoming Dermpedia Cutaneous Hematopathology CME Course in Scottsdale, AZ
