Langerhans Cell Tumor

    The patient was a 54 year old male diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in 2008. He received induction therapy with decitabine, daunorubicin, and cytarabine.  At the time of admission for induction therapy, the patient was noted to have multiple subutaneous nodules involving lower extremities  and forearm.   Chemotherapy induced complete remission. He remains disease free and alive and well without evidence of disease.
