Medium size vessel lymphocytic vasculitis with macular lesions and livido racemosa

A 61 year-old otherwise healthy male presented with macular lesions and livido reticularis on lower extremities.
He had a history of Bell's palsy and "orbital fibroinflammatory tumor".
Extensive laboratory work up revealed mildly increased levels of IgG with no other significant findings.
A biopsy was performed.
