New scalp lesion in an older gentleman with history of squamous cell carcinomas and radiation treatment

87 year old male, with a history of multiple non-melanoma skin cancers, presented with a rapidly growing skin tumor. He had a history of radiation for squamous cell carcinoma at this site.
Malignant tumor was suspected clinically. Considerations included melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and angiosarcoma.
A biopsy was performed.
