Case 1 Male 68. noted during skin check. PH of several melanomas with the surgical scars on his back not my work. If you think this is a melanoma how thick would it be? Looking at the histology in the video below why is the dermatoscopic image so blue? Is it due to the dermal melanin in melanophages? This was reported as an in situ melanoma with a benign dermal neval component. I am a dermatologist , not a dermatopathologist.
