Pleomorphic cutaneous neoplasm with positive MITF

    The patient was a 78 year old male with a "slowly growing lesion on the forehead". 

    The case was submitted for consultation to confirm a diagnosis of melanoma made based on histological features and positive MITF immunohistochemical stain.
