Primary cutaneous CD4+/CD56+ hematodermic neoplasm (blastic NK-cell lymphoma)

    A 78 year old man who was a non-ambulatory nursing home resident initially presented to the surgery clinic with a wound that was thought to be traumatic in nature due to the wheelchair. Six months later, he underwent an above knee amputation for this "non-healing limb-threatening wound". The patient expired after a few months with this disease.
