Purple dermal nodule on the thigh of a 19 year-old-female

19yo female with a year-long history of a slowly growing, mobile, 2.0 cm lump with purplish discoloration on the right posterior thigh.
In the OR, the lesion was noted to be encapsulated and have an orange-brown color.
Clinical ddx: sebaceous cyst that had been bled into a long time ago
