Recurrent cutaneous T cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides)

    6o year old male with 13 year history of cutaneous T cell lymphoma controlled by PUVA (currently once a month) and electron beam therapy.

    He had historyof the left upper eyelid recurrence several years ago which was treated with electron beam with great success. Now, he presented in scalling in the area of the right eyebrow. The bopsy was obtain to evaluate for a possible recurrence.
