    43 year old woman with melanoma on the left lower leg showing evidence 
    of regression.
    7 years previously she had a biopsy of the same site showing 
    superficial dermal fibrosis, vascular ectasia, mild chronic 
    inflammation and pigment-laden macrophages suggestive of regressed 
    melanocytic lesion.
