This is a 17 year-old female with a history of ADHD and depression who developed
pruritic erythematous papules on her back and shoulders. She presented to her local
Emergency Department, which suggested clinical monitoring and treatment with
Zyprexa. The rash continued to progress over the next few days until the patient
developed painful targetoid bullae on her chest, back, and bilateral proximal extremities.
One day prior to presentation, she noted tender oral, vulvar, and anal mucosal lesions.
