51-year-old female. The clinical information provided on the requisition was one of a recurrent blistering eruption of undetermined etiology involving the hands and feet.  Based on the report the “care-giver” emailed pictures to CMM.  Based on the report the care-giver went to the local CVS store and gave her a certain product with a "miraculous effect."  The care-giver emailed the images after a  weekend of Tx.
