Unknown Soft Tissue Tumor #1

    A 31-year-old male presents with a non-healing, swollen, painless, ulcerated nodule on the dorsum of the right foot. The patient reports that the lesion initially presented at least 2 years ago as a subcutaneous nodule.

     

    Clinical differential diagnosis:

     

    1.     Ulcer, with or without infection

     

    2.     Squamous cell carcinoma

     

    3.     Adnexal Tumor
