Very rarely this condition may progress to mycosis fungoides

    The patient is a 32 year old male with recurrent scaly lesions on the upper and lower extremities. The individual lesions are relatively flat, somewhat annular with a collarette of scale.  They resolve after a few weeks leaving a small area of slight discoloration.
