Dermpedia conference is a place for collecting cases around a common theme. You can also consider a conference as your personal or your group's home page on Dermpedia.
You can create your own conference page to share interesting cases from your instututional conference, rounds, department, society meeting, personal collection, consultation practice, etc.
Conferences can be public, with cases viewable by all the registered and unregistered users. However, you can also limit the visibility of your conference to your private group.
