Clinical Features:

• Usually self-limited papular or sometimes vesicular eruption on the trunks and thighs of middle-aged or elderly men, often following heat exposure or fever.

Histologic Features:

• Small foci of suprabasal dyskeratotic acanthoslysis
• Spongiosis is sometimes present.
• Superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate, sometimes with eosinophils and hemorrhage
