Clinical Features:
- Usually self-limited papular or sometimes vesicular eruption on the trunks and thighs of middle-aged or elderly men, often following heat exposure or fever.
Histologic Features:
- Small foci of suprabasal dyskeratotic acanthoslysis
- Spongiosis is sometimes present.
- Superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltrate, sometimes with eosinophils and hemorrhage
