Also known as: pustulosis palmaris et plantaris; clinical variants include pustular psoriasis of Barber, acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau and pustular bacterid of Andrews
Clinical Features:
- A form of psoriasis characterized by chronic recurrent eruptions of pustules on the palms and soles
Histologic Features:
- Early lesions show spongiosis with a lower epidermal lymphocytic exocytosis.
- Later lesions show neutrophilic infiltration of the epidermis with the formation of a macropustule.
