Reticular erythematous mucinosis

    Clinical Features:

    • Reticulated erythematous macules on the chest and upper back
    • Mainly affects adult women

    Histologic Features:

    • Diffuse deposition of mucin in the upper dermis
    • Mild to moderate upper to middle dermal perivascular and sometimes perifollicular lymphocytic infiltrate (mainly T-cells)
