    Clinical Features:

    • Pruritic wheals resulting from a variety of causes, most commonly alergic, but also cold, sun exposure, pressure or exercise
    • Chronic urticaria are most often idiopathic

    Histologic Features:

    • Dermal edema
    • Vascular dilatation and endothelial swelling
    • Scant perivascular infiltrate of lymphocytes, eosinophils and neutrophils
    • Interstitial neutrophils and mast cells
