The aim of this meeting is to provide an update to the morphological features and ancillary techniques used in distinguishing primary from metastatic tumours in different key organs/organ systems and determine the primary site of origin in metastatic disease. The emphasis will be on a systematic approach applicable to routine practice and useful in resolving difficult cases.
