Organization
This program is provided by the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and supported through educational grants and corporate sponsorship.
Accreditation
This program is not yet approved for CME credit. Conference organizers plan to request 38 hours of Category I CME Credit from the AAPA (sponsor). Total number of approved credits yet to be determined.
Conference Fees - Wednesday Nov. 10th - Saturday Nov. 13th

You must be a current SDPA member at the time of registration to qualify for member rates. Daily rates are not available. You will not be able to modify your record online once you have completed your registration, changes MUST be submitted in writing to sdpa@dermpa.org or via fax 1-830-438-5425.
Based on availability, on-site registration will be offered at the member rate of $500.00 and non-member rate of $625.00. You must email SDPA at sdpa@dermpa.org or call 1-800-380-3992 to ensure space is available.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for all registrations cancelled prior to September 15, 2010 with written notification to SDPA, PO Box 701461, San Antonio, TX 78270. NO refunds for cancellations after that time. SDPA reserves the right to cancel the meeting up to two weeks prior to the event. In the event of cancellation, conference organizers cannot be responsible for reimbursement of airline fees and other accommodation expenses.
Conference Program Day 1 - Wednesday Nov. 10th
You must be registered for the Conference in order to attend any of the Workshop Sessions, which are at an additional cost. There will be NO refunds for these Sessions unless notification is sent in writing to SDPA prior to September 15, 2010. If you register for any of these Sessions please check the "Workshops Information" button on the SDPA Web Site, regarding Instruments and Supplies that you are required to bring.

Guest Fee
The guest fee of $50.00 per person entitles admission to the Participant's Welcome Reception. Limited space is available. Guests must be 21 years or older. No children please. Badges MUST be worn for admission.
There will be NO refunds unless notification is sent in writing to SDPA prior to September 15, 2010.
Conference Meals Wednesday Nov. 10th - Saturday Nov. 13th
The Conference program fee includes breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and Welcome Reception for the PARTICIPANT ONLY. Refreshment breaks do not include snacks.
Registration and Meeting Rooms
The Conference General Sessions will be held in the Grapevine Ballroom at the Gaylord Texan Resort, 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051. The SDPA Registration desk will be located in the Grapevine Ballroom Foyer. All Workshops will be held in Yellow Rose Ballroom - Lobby Level.
Welcome Reception Event
Join us for an evening at the Gaylord Texans' beautiful Glass Cactus Club overlooking Lake Grapevine. Enjoy an evening of fun, food, and entertainment. Casual attire suggested. Guests must be 21 years or older. Participant's and their Guest MUST wear Badges for admission.
