Dear Colleagues,

The United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology's 100th Annual Meeting is rapidly approaching and we want to extend a personal invitation to each of you to attend this historical event to be held in San Antonio, Texas, February 26 - March 4, 2011. We're offering several special events for the 100th Meeting including an exciting Opening Ceremony, a 5k Run/Walk to benefit the San Antonio Cancer Society, a special presentation by Sir Ken, an Art Show and Sale to benefit the USCAP Robinson, "Out of Our Minds: Learning to be Creative" Foundation, and a new Meeting Mobile App. This App will put the entire meeting in the palm of your hand! In addition, we've added two new Special Courses, "Basic Principles in Cytology", and "Introduction to Molecular Pathology for the Practicing Pathologist", bringing our  total SAMs offerings to 275 !

During the meeting we will be unveiling Juan Rosai's Collection of Surgical Pathology Seminars. The USCAP has partnered with Aperio to bring you Dr. Rosai's collection of 19,000 cases which will be made available on the USCAP website at no cost. Truly an exciting event! Can't be in two places at the same time? Don't worry! For the first time, you will be able to purchase selected CME/SAM sessions for online viewing. You won't have to miss out on any of the valuable educational offerings we have! Registration is growing daily and we're well on our way to exceeding previous attendance records. 1960 Abstracts have been accepted and they will be published in the Modern Pathology and Laboratory Investigation journals. With an ever growing number of vendors, the USCAP exhibit hall is the largest display of vendors and products in the world of physician-led pathology under one roof. Take this opportunity to check out the latest equipment and technology available.

Early Bird registration fees are in effect until January 3rd so don't miss your opportunity for

savings. With traditionally low registration fees, this meeting is still the best value money can buy. For additional information or questions please visit the USCAP website at www.uscap.org. We look forward to seeing you soon in beautiful San Antonio.

Warmest regards,

Stuart Schnitt, M.D. USCAP President

Fred G. Silva, M.D. USCAP EVP
