Dear Friends,

 It has been our honor to the Andalusian Society of Gastroenterology (SAPD), we have been given the task of organizing their annual meeting in our city this year.

 The Local Organizing Committee has been prepared to count on the past, present and future of the specialty in our city, including professionals from the public and private efforts to accommodate all subspecialties of the digestive system and all the hospitals of the province, and we have had with people in more relevant and more rooted in both the SAPD, as in gastroenterology and hepatology in our geographic area.

 This Congress will take place from Thursday 21 to Saturday October 23, as many of you already know, and it is our vocation to make a program attractive to summon the most established and training specialists in our community.

 We chose the Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata to the conduct of the meeting by joining, while an attractive tourist location, modern facilities and quality catering versatile and enviable.  Its proximity to the city of Almería, good communication with the State Highway Network, the proximity to the airport in our city and its contiguity with the Nature Park of Cabo de Gata, make our selection the best possible destination.

 In the scientific field, as everyone knows, the structure remains unchanged Congress in recent years highlighting the communication tables and so-called "controversial issues" that are entrusted to highly relevant specialists within and outside our community the Board of Directors of our Company.  The program also includes an Inaugural Conference whose theme we are working in weighing different possibilities and we will try to be attractive as well as a canon for which he had with an expert from outside our borders, it concerns a matter of scope of our extensive expertise.

 As you can see we are really excited to welcome you in our city, as well as make a really nice meeting and working on the possibility of including some additional features that stimulate this kind of meetings, no doubt, provide a stimulus for new specialists and link to many others that they would be orphans without further training.
