Take the following steps to optimize images for search engines.

1. Before uploading the image, save it with a meaningful name.  eg: dermatitis.jpg, not 1.jpg.
2. When uploading the image to Dermpedia, give each image title a meaningful name that is relevant to internet searches.  This will be used for the alt text.
3. If you are uploading multiple images to a case, then give each image a distinctly different title.  Search engines penalize for repeat content.
