The University of Chicago, Section of Dermatology, is seeking a junior faculty member to serve as Associate Director of the Dermatology Surgery Program. Applicants are required to have an MD or MD/PhD, be BC/BE in Dermatology, have completed a fellowship program in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and be eligible for medical licensure in the State of IL. Prior experience as Chief Resident or equivalent administrative experience in the field of academic medicine residency management is also required. Preferred candidates will have a history of superior academic performance, as evidenced by induction into relevant honor societies (e.g. Alpha Omega Alpha). The successful candidate will provide patient care directly and supervise our residents and medical students while pursuing scholarly activities and maintaining a productive clinical portfolio. Excellent clinical judgment and skills are required.
