Dermatopathologist/Dermatologist

Our client, located in the Atlanta, GA area has retained MPath Search Partners to assist in the search prescreen interview for a highly qualified Dermatopathologist with an educational background in or experience in working as a Dermatologist.   This is a unique opportunity to join a financially strong and growing organization in a key role within the company.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Type: Permanent/Long Term. (No Solicitation Please. We are not looking for a lab to send our slides out to).

Summary: Would read about 12,000 slides/year and prefer them to see patients as well, but not required. Experience as a Dermatologist preferred, however, willing to also look at candidates with a Dermatology Residency.

Salary:  Salary is going to be based on production, and a base amount. For example, a salary + pay per slide reading and is TBD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Board Certification in Dermatopathology required

Dermatology Residency

Prefer a candidate willing to both see patients and read slides but seeing patients in not required.

Volume is about 12,000 specimens per year
