When I was an intern in Medicine we all carried little notebooks with what we thought was important information to have ready at hand. By the end of the year our pockets bulged with a proliferation of these little gems. So I've been sort of doing the same type of thing for dermatopathology since about 1990. When I was in academia, I had some notion that maybe I could work it into something useful to more practioners that just me. Alas, the task proved too daunting and at this point in my career I no longer have any desire to try to do anything with it. Now, having access to a forum such as this, I wonder if anyone would be interested in taking a look at it - not with any idea of publishing it - but perhaps it could be of some use on this site itself. If it were a Wiki, then others could use it, add to it & correct any mistakes they found. I use it myself fairly frequently, although less so than before I got EndNote to file all my information. Its format is pdf now, but it is quite large (30.8MB) & has pictures, tables, notations in Comments sticking out here and there, so I obviously couldn't upload the whole thing as an attachment to this blog. Also, since it has always been just for my own personal use, I have inserted some copyrighted material here and there which I would have to extract if I were to send it to this site. I'll attach a small sample (sans copyrighted material) & see if it generates any interest.
Thanks
