Fibroelastolytic papulosis in an 83 yo female

    This is an 83 y/o white female who presented with 1 year history of rash on her bilateral axillae.  The rash was associated with mild pruritus & burning pain; and was progressively extending inferiorly down her lateral torso bilaterally.  


    Differential diagnosis included: 

    • Late-onset focal dermal elastosis
    • PXE-like papillary dermal elastolysis 
    • PXE
    • Buschke-Ollendorff
